Usage:
Rubber Mixing Mill is mainly used in following cases for rubber porduction factory, natural rubber refining , raw rubber and compound ingredient mixing .
General Design:
1. The mill consists mainly for rolls, frame, bearing, roll nip adjusting, screw, heating and cooling device, emergency stop, lubrication system and such sections as electrical controls and, etc.
2. The main electric motor arrives the front and rear rolls to rotate oppositely through reduar, driving geras and friction gears.
Structure:
1.The roller is made of alloy cold hard cast iron, which has high surface hardness and wear resistance, and the surface of the roller is smooth.；The inner cavity of the two rolls is of a hollow spray type, and the temperature of the roll surface is uniform.
2.The rubber blocking device adopts the split fixing mode for the rubber blocking plate, and the contact position of the rubber blocking plate with the roller is made of nylon, which reduces the friction between the rubber blocking plate and the roller and prevents the rubber blocking plate from being damaged by the friction of the roller.
3.The roller adjustment device adopts worm gear and worm drive, manual or electric distance adjustment. It can be selected according to user needs, and the operation is simple and convenient.
4.Equipped with emergency stopping device to ensure safe operation and elector-hydraulic
It adopts the form of elector-hydraulic brake and electrical equipment to reverse the safety emergency stop, which can control the motor to stop and reverse quickly, thereby reducing dangerous accidents.
5.This mixing mill with rubber blender(rubber turning device) saving time, saving labor, easy to operate and high efficiency.

2.Oil seal device is set in roll bearings and oil circuit lubrication adopts manual dry oil cup in to keep the lubrication well, operation convenient and environment clean.
