Use: This machine is suitable for plasticizing or mixing a variety of rubber or thermoplastic raw materials

Working principle:two rotors rotate relatively, clamp the material from the feeding port into the roll gap and are squeezed and sheared by the rotors. After passing through the roll gap, they encounter the sharp edge of the lower top bolt and are divided into two parts. They return to the top of the roll gap along the gap between the front and rear chamber walls and the rotors respectively.Under the pressure of the upper top bolt, the material is plasticized (or mixed) into the required new material in the sealed mixing chamber by shearing, squeezing and stirring between the two rotors rotating oppositely at a certain speed ratio and between the mixing chamber walls.

Equipment structural characteristics

1. The machine is integrated structure, compact structure, good sealing, compared with the traditional falling mixer installation is convenient, small footprint, the most practical in the case of limited plant height.
2. This machine is mainly composed of motor, reducer, pressing device, unloading device, mixing chamber and two relatively rotating rotor mechanisms, hydraulic system, heating and cooling system and base.
3. Cooling (or heating) system is provided for mixing chamber, rotor, upper top plug and lower top plug.
4. The rotor drive system is driven by the main motor through the coupling, and the reducer and coupling drive the front and rear rotors to rotate in opposite directions at a certain speed ratio.
