- The rubber baffle adopts the split-body fixed mode, and the contact position between the rubber baffle and the roller is made of nylon material, which reduces the friction between the rubber baffle and the roller and prevents the friction damage of the rubber baffle to the roller.
- The roller temperature control system adopts the high quality rotary joint connection mode, and realizes the heating and cooling of the roller by adjusting the conversion of steam and circulating water; The temperature of the roller is regulated by adjusting the flow of steam and cooling water. The roller temperature has infrared real-time detection, and is displayed on the display screen, and there will be a sound alarm when it reaches the set maximum temperature.
