I. Usage：
The rubber cutting machine is one of the commonly used raw material processing equipment in rubber factories. Its purpose is to cut natural rubber or synthetic rubber into small pieces that are convenient for mixing to meet the requirements of use.
XQL type single knife rubber cutting machine has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient operation, few wearing parts and easy maintenance. It is one of the necessary raw material processing equipment for rubber enterprises.
II. Structure:
1. Cutting knife: using high-quality alloy 9CrSi, wear-resistant, sharp and high hardness.
2. Oil cylinder: use professional high pressure oil cylinder seamless steel pipe as cylinder body;
The piston rod is made of 45# steel refined and grinded and plated with hard metal, which has high wear resistance and good toughness;
The sealing ring is made of high-quality rubber with high wear resistance, oil resistance and aging resistance, with long life and good sealing performance.
3. Frame: It is welded with national standard channel steel, with high tensile performance and no deformation; the bottom of the blade is equipped with a lead protective pad to prevent damage to the blade, which can be heated and melted for recycling after use.
4. Non-standard special equipment can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements

III. Main features:
1.It has solid construction, reasonable design, high production efficiency, easy operation with low noise.
2. This device is single hydraulic rubber cutting, mainly including cutting knife, frame, cylinder, race of raw rubber and hydraulic system.
3. During working, put the raw rubber block below the cutting knife and cut the raw rubber into small PCS suitable for rubber mixing by pressure of hydraulic oil cylinder.
4. Smaller PCS of rubber with smaller resistance of mixing machine which can improve greatly the speed and efficiency of mixing , save power, save labor and reduce energy consumption, but also reduce the damage of mixing equipment and prolong the service life.

7. Two limit switches are installed on the frame to control the reversal valve to change the movement direction of the rubber knife, at the same time it protects the cover of the cylinder.
