This fully automatic PLC controlled rubber plate vulcanizing press is generally adopted column and frame type, and it mainly used to produce various rubber products, such as Rubber mat,solid tire, shoe sole, rubber tile, etc.

II. Equipment Structure
It is mainly in use of vulcanizing various kinds of rubber pattern products.
1.The cylinder ( piston ) adopts the best seals structure , with reasonable design and reliable function. The seals part is good quality YX typepolyurethane seals (not rubber seal ) ,which is oil resistant , aging resistant .Our machine adopts the double seals structure , and seals part is easy change and protect
2.Automatic control : automatic mold closing , automatic exhausting , automatic heating and keep stable temperature, automatically timing for vulcanization , automatic alarming , automatic mold opening ,etc
3..The vulcanizing temperature can be set and showed in the digital displan .
4.Vulcanizing time can be set in the PLC screen . If you want to heat and vulcanize for 1 minutes , just set it directly . When it reaches 1minutes ,machine will alarm then machine will open the mold automatically
5.Pillar is made of high quality # 45 steel, The hardness , wear resistance and abrasive resistance is high improved by quenching and tempering
6.The top beam and bottom plate form is welded with the good quality Q-235A ductile iron .After welding , it is also processed by the artificial vibration or high temperature aging treatment , to eliminate the internal stress and avoid the deformation
7.plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel . Surface of it owns high hardness and wear resistant.Depth of chilled layer is 8-15mm , hardness is HRC 60-70 , making the plunger own long life time
8.Mainly hdralic spare parts are imported from Taiwan , not our local brand.
III. Advantages of PLC Controlled Rubber Plate Vulcanizing Press
(1) The body use frame type, mainly consist of top crossing, plate, table, piston, hydraulic cylinder and frame. We put asbestos board between plate and top crossing, table, for its good heat insulation. Use polyurethane material sealing ring between piston and hydraulic cylinder with good sealing property. The piston material is chilled cast iron, hydraulic cylinder material is ductile cast iron, weldment between top and bottom crossing.
(2) Put holder and oil cylinder at the side of plate, push-off and reseting moulds are finished by oil cylinder moving when using. There is not ejecting holder in manual ejecting mould structure ,but still convenient when using.
(3) Hydraulic system is consist of unipump, operating valve and control system.
(4) Electric system is consist of oil pump motor and vulcanizing timing. When working pressure reach 22.1 mpa, electro connecting pressure gauge control, time relay on the faceplate is used for setting vulcanizing time. When reach the setting time, it will warn automatically, push TA button can remove warning.
