The pressurized kneader is composed of a motor, a pressing device, a frame, a mixing chamber and a rotor mechanism, a plastic reducing machine, an air control system, a turning device, a heating and cooling system, a belt drive, and a base.

II. Structural characteristics of Internal Mixer Kneading Machine
Pressurized kneader and general mixer is different mainly in that there is no lower top bolt, unloading is to make the mixing chamber before the rotor as the axis, 140° to turn over the discharge. The turning of the mixing chamber is driven by hydraulic oil, and the oil cylinder pulls the mixing chamber. The machine is provided with a frame, and a material pressing device is fixed on the frame. The pressing device is driven by an oil cylinder to press the material when the machine is working.
The machine is mainly composed of motor, pressing device, frame, mixing chamber and rotor mechanism, reducer, hydraulic system, turnover device, heating and cooling system and base.
The mixing chamber, rotor and top bolt are equipped with cooling (or heating) system. It should be noted that the inlet and outlet of cooling water and the inlet and outlet of steam should be opposite. Cooling water consumption is generally 8-11m³/h. However, it varies with the ambient temperature, inlet water temperature and process.
The driving system of the rotor is driven by the main motor through the V-belt, and the reducer and the speed ratio gear drive the front and rear rotors to rotate oppositely at a certain speed ratio.
