Use:
Rubber mixing mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A.with chemicals into final materials.The final materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machine for making rubber or plastic products. This device is small, cheap and mostly used in laboratories.
Structure:
1.The roller is made of chilled cast iron, and its surface hardness and wear resistance are higher than that of the 45# steel roller. The inner cavity of the two rollers is hollow and sprayed, and the temperature of the roller surface is uniform.
2.The roller rotation is a bearing dry oil lubrication structure, equipped with a cycloid reducer directly connected, reducing gear transmission, durable, low noise, large torque, high motor power utilization, and long service life of the whole machine; the motor reducer is installed on the outside for maintenance , The oil change is simple and convenient.
3.The roller adjusting device adopts lead screw drive, which is easy to operate.
4.Equipped with an emergency stop flip switch, pull down the switch. The motor stops in an emergency and reverses immediately to prevent workers’ fingers or other hard objects from entering the rubber mixing drum, ensuring the safe operation of workers and machines to the greatest extent.
5.Electrical control methed:The motor is equipped with a star-delta motor wiring method with automatic commutation function; overload protection relay,electrical operation panel: with voltmeter, ammeter, start button, stop button, power indicator light, work indicator light, emergency stop switch.
