The equipment features a dual-layer synchronized pressure system combined with a segmented temperature control vulcanization process. The upper layer enables rapid preheating and balanced pressure distribution, while the lower layer is equipped with high-response hydraulic units and precision displacement sensors, ensuring uniform stress across the entire panel and thickness tolerance within ±0.3mm.

The machine integrates a PLC programmable logic controller and an interactive touch screen interface, supporting one-click recall of multiple process parameters, real-time monitoring of temperature curves, and automatic recording and export of vulcanization data, significantly enhancing production stability and traceability.

Compared to traditional single-layer vulcanizing systems, this model reduces energy consumption by approximately 18% at equivalent output capacity, shortens the vulcanization cycle to 8–10 minutes per batch, and is compatible with various rubber formulations including natural rubber, SBR, and EPDM.
