Surovina pry\u017e by m\u011bla spl\u0148ovat ustanoven\u00ed GB8081. Neorganizovan\u00e9 emise VOC z lepidel by nem\u011bly p\u0159ekro\u010dit 25% pou\u017eit\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bdel. Pou\u017eit\u00ed materi\u00e1l\u016f obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny, jako jsou kau\u010dukov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, kau\u010dukov\u00e9 pasty a lepidla, by m\u011blo b\u00fdt evidov\u00e1no a m\u011bly by b\u00fdt vedeny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edlna by m\u011bla b\u00fdt zape\u010det\u011bna. Nem\u011bly by b\u00fdt viditeln\u00e9 neorganizovan\u00e9 emise VOC ze dve\u0159\u00ed d\u00edlny, oken, v\u011btrac\u00edch v\u011b\u017e\u00ed atd.<br \/>\nV\u00fdrobn\u00ed procesy a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, p\u0159i nich\u017e vznikaj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako je m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed (v\u010detn\u011b pod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed, vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a chlazen\u00ed), vulkanizace a gum\u00e1rensk\u00e9 pasty, by m\u011bly b\u00fdt ut\u011bsn\u011bny. Pokud ut\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt z\u0159\u00edzeny m\u00edstn\u00ed nebo celkov\u00e9 syst\u00e9my sb\u011bru v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a centralizovan\u00e1 \u010distic\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Sirovod\u00edk je ho\u0159lav\u00fd a ve sm\u011bsi se vzduchem m\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it v\u00fdbu\u0161nou sm\u011bs. P\u0159i vystaven\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e9mu ohni nebo vysok\u00e9mu teplu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit ho\u0159en\u00ed a v\u00fdbuch. Prudce reaguje s koncentrovanou kyselinou dusi\u010dnou, d\u00fdmavou kyselinou s\u00edrovou nebo jin\u00fdmi siln\u00fdmi oxidanty, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje v\u00fdbuch. Plyn je t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vzduch a p\u0159i ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch koncentrac\u00edch se m\u016f\u017ee \u0161\u00ed\u0159it do zna\u010dn\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti. P\u0159i vystaven\u00ed otev\u0159en\u00e9mu ohni m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit zp\u011btn\u00fd po\u017e\u00e1r.<\/p>\n<p>Sirovod\u00edkov\u00fd odpadn\u00ed plyn p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm tov\u00e1rny a okoln\u00edm obyvatel\u016fm mnoho pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v hork\u00e9m l\u00e9t\u011b je z\u00e1pach v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd. P\u0159edstavuje nejen velkou hrozbu pro zdrav\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f tov\u00e1rny a okoln\u00edch obyvatel, ale zp\u016fsobuje tak\u00e9 v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed okoln\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Proto je t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat dostate\u010dnou pozornost \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z pry\u017ee a pe\u010dliv\u011b zv\u00e1\u017eit i v\u00fdb\u011br za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z pry\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>III. \u010cistic\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z gum\u00e1rensk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f:<\/p>\n<p>Emisn\u00ed koncentrace oxid\u016f dus\u00edku, mlhy kyseliny s\u00edrov\u00e9, chlorovod\u00edku, fluorovod\u00edku, sirovod\u00edku, oxidu si\u0159i\u010dit\u00e9ho a dal\u0161\u00edch odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed emisn\u00ed standardn\u00ed limit \"Integrovan\u00e9ho emisn\u00edho standardu l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed\" pro zdroje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed; m\u00edra sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00fdch emis\u00ed je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 80% a v okol\u00ed v\u00fdstupu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f nen\u00ed v podstat\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1pach \u010dichem. Koncentrace z\u00e1pachu spl\u0148uje n\u00e1rodn\u00ed sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed emisn\u00ed normu.<\/p>\n<p>Odpadn\u00ed plyn se shroma\u017e\u010fuje v potrub\u00ed a vstupuje do rozpra\u0161ovac\u00ed v\u011b\u017ee. St\u0159\u00edkac\u00ed v\u011b\u017e m\u016f\u017ee odplavovat prach a \u010d\u00e1st odpadn\u00edho plynu. Po \u00faprav\u011b rozpra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00edm vstupuje do fotovod\u00edkov\u00e9 v\u011b\u017ee. Fotovod\u00edkov\u00e1 v\u011b\u017e vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k \u00faprav\u011b organick\u00e9ho odpadn\u00edho plynu fotokatalytick\u00fd oxida\u010dn\u00ed rozklad a biologick\u00e9 kapalinov\u00e9 pran\u00ed.
